(a) If you don't have a BitTorrent client, download one: BitTorrent, Azureus, µTorrent, BitComet, BitLord, etc.

(b) Download the .torrent file: TD-2.0-Beta1-i386-DVD.iso.torrent

(c) Open TD-2.0-Beta1-i386-DVD.iso.torrent file in your BitTorrent client, in a short while it starts downloading.
